Finally got around to ordering them, DS2500s, just now ($85 shipped).

1 question for Ryan or anyone else in the know:

RYoung's brake pad write-up says that stock pads have a coefficient of friction probably ~.35 and the DS2500s have a coefficient of friction ~.50. How much will the bias change?
