"Recall that the Security Code is a way to keep others from changing any EMCS functions via your cruise control, where as AntiTheft is a feature that prohibits the car from starting."
To enable either of these, you do so also through the cruise control buttons. To disable them is when you enter the code, also via the cruise control buttons. See the APR webpage link at the bottom of my post for the details on how to set/unset each in the Operating Instructions PDF.
