if you were to use say the Matrix core as a base point to duplicate here are the parts required:

    Core:
for the cooler itself, use the 115 matrix, 25 Row cooler, cost was $169.00 for the core. On mine I have a different layout and use a 19 Row 235 matrix core. : http://www.batinc.net/coolers.htm

    Sandwich plate:
you will need SP1T which is 3/4"-16 threading. This one has a built in thermostat at 180°. cost is $82.50 : http://64.202.180.37/files/sp1t.pdf

    Fittings:
If you were to mount your just as the Matrix kit is, you will need 6 fittings total, 1 x 180°, 1 x 120°, 2 x 45° (or 90° depending on how you run your lines), 2 x male 1/2"/male -12AN unions (or 1/2" male/ -10AN male if you want use -10 AN hosing) for out of the sandwich plate) Total if you use the black/silver fittings it should cost you $116.00 for -12AN or $105.00 for -10AN : http://64.202.180.37/files/ahosend.pdf

    Hosing:

I have the Auroquip FC332 Hosing in Blue (it's also avail in black) Cost is $4.65 per foot for the -10AN or $5.95 per foot on the -12AN. : http://64.202.180.37/files/phose.pdf

    Mounting

you will need to fab up your own mounting barckets, but some hose clamps can be found here: http://64.202.180.37/files/phose.pdf on page 3.

Another nice, but costly addition would be to swap out the fitting to use XRP's new Wiggens clamp style fitting with quick releases. If you don't plan on removing the system very much it prob. would make much sense, but anyone who wants the ability to quickly remove the core to service the front end it might be a nice addition. XRP doesn't have a website yet, but they clamps are liscenced from FCP,, so you can see them at http://www.fluidcontrol.net/pages/connectors.html
