T78 Supra vs. Stage 3+ S4 video
So just got my car out of storage for the winter, so the fun begins again....
Check out the video of a t78 Supra and I running this weekend.....pls right click and save.
The first run I was cutting out a bit in 2nd gear and seemed to die out a bit in 3rd too. We're still messing with the AVC-R which we just put in Friday. The second run, I turned boost to 23 psi and it was fine....
Just before the Supra race, I ran a bolt-on 03 SVT - pulley, intake, chip, exhaust, ported supercharged. I would show you the video, but there's nothing on it, just him for about a second or two of 3rd gear, then he falls back 2+ cars by 140 and dropping fast....
He's a cool dude, so I don't mind busting his ***** a bit. I'm sure he'll keep modding it and will hand me my *** at some point this year....
And we also ran a white EVO II that trapped mid 10's at approx 128 at Norwalk Fri during the EVO-STi shootout. Chicago based car, devotuning.com or something. Cool dude. Didn;t have the camera with me for that run. We ran 3 times and whoever got the jump, won. The cars were about dead even, within a 1/4 to 1/2 car length at any given speed. 60 mph - 135+ roll-ons. I didn't log boost on that run. But doesn't the logging max at 1.55 bar anyway?
Not sure, never looked at it, but I'm running closer to 22-24+ psi to answer your question.
