put the latency timer to 1ms. To do this, plug in your vag-com cable to the usb port you setup to use with lemmiwinks, then open up device manager. Click on ports, and you should see the port that you setup for lemmiwinks. Double click on it, and go to the options tab. Click on the advanced options tab, then put the latency timer to 1ms. This is all from my memory, but it should work.


Specifically, if you get the following error, this procedure should correct it: "ECU uses unknown protocol (KW: 01/8A)"
