The past 3-4k miles on my SPEC st.3 clutch has been quite a nuisance. Ive asked numerous times on this forum if anyone had experience of having a "squealing clutch"...and to no avail.

I spoke with SPEC directly on the phone regarding this problem. They did admit that the first 'run' of the Stage 3 clutches were known to have this obnoxious squealing noise, but soon after they updated design so that the noise was no more. I asked if i could get the replacement piece, or ship back the clutch to them so they could upgrade it for me, and they said the part was around 100+.

Personally, I would think that a company who makes awesome parts should really accomodate the customer without a problem, and not have them pay extra just to have it fixed.

For the last time, will anyone speak up if they have encountered this problem with their SPEC stage 3 clutch?

I just want the issue resolved, and this IS the place to rant isnt it?
