One little catch we noticed since then - ECU can request greater than 100% injector duty cycle

In Reply to: threadjack, how accurate is the 5115 in your formula with block002? I saw AF 10.5, 1bar @6700 posted by smurfbus4 on 2004-06-08 08:46:02

so the injector time in block 002, if > than 100% duty cycle, is now only theoretical and not actual. In this case you instead use the time in ms for 100% injector duty cycle in your air/fuel calc:

    100% duty cycle time in ms = (1 / (RPM/120000))

i.e. so if the logged injector time is greater than the 100% duty ms value, use the 100% duty ms value in your air/fuel calc. Otherwise it will look extra rich when it really isn't - in your case, if your inj time was greater than 17.9 ms at 6700rpm, use 17.9 ms instead. (then you'll come out with a more reasonable 12:1 I think)
