Mike and I swapped in an OEM filter on my car tonight and relogged. Just as we saw with his car, my car gained between 20 and 25 g/s.

Here is a recap of the test results. FWIW, all testing was done with temps between 70 and 80 degrees. Both of Mike's runs were done on the same day, but my two runs were a day apart...
