Default How skinny is that wheel?
Seen that happen from running a wide tire on a skinny wheel.

Default Yikes... how'd you manage that?! :P Never seen a tire do that before...
... especially a low profile sport tire. Wouldn't surprise me if a cheap, all season tire bubbled out or exploded or what have you, but the T1-S and others are usually much better constructed.

that tire looks like its got a serious case of gout. (use warranty)
