not the fans. then the heat removed from the turbos would bascially remain in the coolant and you should see higher coolant temps. this delta between the fans on and off (but the pump working) is the heat removed from the turbos...
a 2-5 deg temp change in the coolant could translate into 20-30deg at the turbo.
