- That was the first post by Don that I have seen after the referenced thread. He has never replied to that thread, so I wanted to find out what his side of the story was.

The present thread is very clear that he offers products and services described for sale to forum members. I think reputation of service provider is an important consideration. This is a community you know...

It is ultimately up to him, whether he chooses to defend his side (if there is "his" side to this story) or let Chris's posts be the only account of the events.

But in my opinion, things like this should not be ignored. The work photographed was VERY sloppy. And I think it is very important that people who entrust their $42K cars to a shop know what the shop's reputation is.

Don's posts on different subject concerning the S4 have always been very informative. However, the only account of his actual work on customer's car that *I* have seen is less than satisfactory.

Interesting, that instead of presenting your side of the "old" story, you'd rather pick a fight with me.

Look, I really don't care either way. I thought it was important to bring it up and I did. What you or Don choose to do about it is up to you.
