Secondly, I really don't care how long you've been around and how many posts you have relative to me. Your post was in no way relevant to Don's original post regarding S4 heads and ports. Chris's claims have nothing to do with this thread either. Chris didn't respond to Don's post the way you did. So why did you feel the need to bring up an OLD thread that's totally irrelevant to this discussion? You yourself wrote that it's customer care that you're referring to. How on earth does that have anything to do with this technical topic???????

And you mis-read my post if you found it condescending. What is condescending are posts like yours that pretend to know the whole story on an issue between two *private* parties when you only know half of it.
