You can use a EBC for that. The Apexi AVC-r is best suited for that IMO. Full adjustabilty at 500 rpm increments. Nothing is as fast as a MBC though. The Apexi can use a better solenoid though. Some of the dual solenoid EBC's are better at preventing spikes, but the Apexi gives you lots to mess with, if that's what you like.
