It's really very easy.

Just set the MBC to what the ECU's target boost (requested boost} is, and walla, no more spikes and steady boost throughout with no issues that I've encountered thus far.

It even allows KO4's to run on KO3 software ;-)
A cheap but excellent MBC can be found here.

MBC that works perfectly.
