Here's a HKS FMIC for the 300zx (was a little difficult to find a semi-decent pic - there's no pic on the HKS site for the 300zx FMIC). Basically seems like they repositioned the two IC's up front, made them a bit bigger.

Although it seems like there are FMIC's of the horizontal air flow variety as well, this one is from Primespeed (?)


And here's Greddy's prototype for their twin turbo 350Z, which looks like a horizontal version of Blitz's, with two inputs, going out to one output....
