Pressure drop on this FMIC is NOT an issue. The cores are made by Turbonetics and they know turbos (especially CURRENT turbo setups). His book is primarily about turbo systems on big V8s and about adding turbos to cars that didn't come with them. Not all his stuff is relevent to our biturbo 2.7l engines!! The pressure drop on the core we will be using for production has only a 1.5psi pressure drop with K04s and even less on K03s.

You can argue all day about what you read in a 10 year old book but this FMIC works and it works very well. I'm so confident in this that I'll give a money back GUARANTEE to any customer that pressure drop and lag will not be an issue on this FMIC.

Anyway, we're working on a FAQ that we will post this evening that will answer all of these questions. I'm not going to go into detail now, as I have a ton of stuff to do here at the shop and I can't spend my whole day arguing over this.
