I'm 99% certain its not correct... because its not simple physics... But again, I can't put actual numbers down right now, because I don't have any references in front of me, so I don't want to misquote anything.
As far as your other reply, those dyno numbers *are* the numbers put down on the pavement. Cars get wildly different values at the crank because rolling dynos use the same correction factor, and that correction factor is what varies significantly depending on the setup on the car.
