Default No - too costly to own. Like others have mentioned - have to pull motor or at the very least
downpipes to replace O2 sensors. Have to pull motor to change starter. Some people have had tranny issues which is $$$$$$$$$. DRC problems. Timing belt has to be done every 35K IIRC. I'm a glutton for punishment by owning a B5 S4, but from what I've heard the potential for very expensive problems with the RS6 is even greater.

Default Re: My bro contemplated replacing his B5 S4 with a RS6 before he opted to go 996TT. RS6s are nice!

Default no, you'd need a second one to alternate downtime on them.
just like with the S4.

that car is pretty high up there on the VAG grenade list imo.
