Where to find Phatbox adapter cable???

I sold my S4 with the adapter cable (the one that attaches to the Phatbox and to the factory CD changer cable). Where can I find a replacement?

1stvwparts.com or worldimpex.com...they used to have the box and cable...not sure if they still do.
