Default Mark@ASP turned mine around when he did my stage 3 upgrade.

IIRC He said that the spring resistance was weak and that by turning them they would would work fine beacuse the vacume pressure would keep them closed when you weren't making boost. She's been stage 3
for about a month and no problems so far.

Default LOL. I bet he would be able to work in zero gravity too.

He certainly would be able to do a quality job
from any direction.
I had a lot of fun doing some pulls in my car last night with some friends. We left a stage 2 S4 way behind. I can only imagine how fast yours will be.
Did you get your car back yet ?

Default same deal, internally, they all have that raised lip that lets boost lift the valve face

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/442/boschtypee4.jpg"></center><p>
the amount of surface area is almost exactly the same

whether the boost is hitting the center of teh circle or the outer ring in reverse/upside down way

plus the Vacuum lifts that 5lb/in spring, more than boost pushes it open
