Not all are that laggy. I tried two ~66mm turbos myself. Turbine wheel and AR makes a big diff.

Lag is more of an issue when you're not ready and it's tougher to get traction.
I have tons of vids but I don't see a point in posting them on this board :P.
Also keep in mind that many of these vids are Supras going out with boost leaks, bad fuel and ****ty tuning. There's probably 10x more vids going the opposite way .<ul><li><a href="http://moreboost.org/graphics/turbos/CTC67H_SO1.jpg">Dyno of the larger turbo I used after the T66.</a></li></ul>

You were at the TX2k7 Supra meet. It is a competition. Dyno, show-n-shine, Drag and road course.
They will have the drag comp on sunday outside of H-town. There are plenty of Supra owners who do more than just make insane amounts of HP. I'd be willing to bet we'd see a lot of high HP numbers if the 2.7T were as easy to play with turbo set-ups as the 2JZ.
I was going to come down because some friends are in it....but couldn't get down for the dyno day today so I said F it.
