Update on defective Vogtlant GT's from Startup Racing. I'm not happy.

Gotta pay to play. This stuff happens and you have to expect that it will happen to you eventually
The only way to avoid paying a second time for labor is to DIY. Even then, your time potentially = money. But this is what happens when you modify your car and you have to understand the downsides (or potential downsides) as well as the upsides to modifications.

that sucks, but why would they cover the labor?
Your immaturity is just as bad as the companies short, unprofessional response. Assuming what you quoted was all they said to you.

Are you kidding? In fact, many would seek receipts on installer before honoring warranty to be sure
the install was done by a professional. Tomaz is very fair in his business.

I had a similar problem with another company. Defective part.
In my case it involved removing + installing the motor twice.
You have to pay to play...
make sure you get the company to pay for shipping for you to return the defective product.
Other then that; it's industry standard.

what is the symptoms of the defective parts? I installed the GTs in Nov. and I have a rattle in the
back left corner. Someone suggested to have it looked at and it just needed to be tightened. Is this what you had? or something else?
Thanks,
Chris
