For those guys that switched from APR/GIAC k03 software to ASP software how much of a difference is

is that true, wow cause now i am considering asp, because when i am under full throttle then let off
quickly, it cuts out super quick, and is really harsh, my buddy who is pretty smart with audis told me it is probably the throttle body, but i am not sure, i think it is just the giac, which tell me if im wrong is set up for power and not so much for smoothness, i am really interested in tracking my car and i would love to have smooth power for it

Most likely a hardware issue. Pressure test the car, and then log MAF + primary o2 voltages....
Also, get under the car and check condition of motor mounts and tranny mounts.
Also, remove your BPVs and test them. (make sure you can't blow through them in their resting state, and make sure what when vacuum is applied to the nipple that the vacuum does not bleed off)
All that being said, you may still want to consider switching to ASP. :-)
