Summary on the web of FATS postings?
Is there a common location on the web where people post their FATS runs? Was curious about the potential gains in some mods to my car, and thought a collection of FATS runs would be a good empirical place to research.

agree 100%. Too many variables, temp, elevation, truely flat road, etc, etc, etc.
A friend and I are using the same stretch of road in both directions everytime we do it for as much consistancy as possible.
There are also ways to manipulate the data as well. It would be nice to have something like you propose but I just don't think the data is going to be fair on a wider spectrum.

Try here.
Select FATS on the side menu, and there should be a link to "FATS Database."<ul><li><a href="http://homepage.mac.com/edyjun1/S4/index.htm">http://homepage.mac.com/edyjun1/S4/index.htm</a</li></ul>

What would you call FATS % wise? I think it is a good +/- 5% benchmark.
5% at 350 WHP is 17.5 WHP. Road tilt can always be factored out by making a run each direction and averaging the two.

Weight can be gotten from a scale (eg. dump). Outside Temperature is on display. SAE correction
does not work for FI though. Not sure how far off it is? Guesses? Most difficult thing is to get that SAE like correction factor mapped correctly for temp, altitude, boost, etc.
You could have people log block 04 instead of block 03, since it has intake air temp.

oh, dont get me wrong, i totally agree that we could standardize it
and, if anything, i trust my road hp calculator more than random dyno sheets at this point (given what we know about how often dyno numbers turn out to be bullsh1t).
