STFA for car stalling and being in Limp Mode,been at the dealer for a week....
checked all the common stuff. TBB, DV, other hoses, cant find sh*t. Any advice I can give the dealer.
runs Limp low boost till about 4K RPM than begins to stutter and stall out. Nothing on the SEARCH Under "car stalling limp mode" for the S4.

Usual suspect would be the MAF or a leak in the intercooler hose...
Recheck for some crack in intercooler hoses ; one crack might not be seen until the hose in under "pressure". It's not always easy to spot.
If air can flow in the crack, you will have a mismatch between the MAF value calculed by your sensor and the actual amount of air going in... so technically a bad air:fuel mixture on the rich side... = hickups, stutter, stall...
