Stage 3 guys, has anyone done a friendly pull againts an R8?

I would be willing to bet the R8 pulls the S4, maybe not off the line but once aerodynamics
comes into play it's a different ball game... S4 might win the 1/4 mile race though... Besides i think 500 hp might be a bit generous for "most S4s"

yes - no serious off the line or high speed - but messing around for a couple
lights it was evident i was quite a bit faster. obviously we got on it at different times, were in different gears (a couple times in 2nd, couple times in 3rd --no official 'ok lets go at the same time' racing, but he could never pass me and when i let him get ahead, i ran him down fairly easy.
we never got above 80mph tho - we weren't on a highway.. so top end not sure. but i think most stg3 should easily pull.
he was definitely surprised..and despite the fact i knew i'd kick his *** in a contest of speed, i still felt the lesser of two awesomes. =P
