Default I was thinking to do the something along those lines but not sure about taking out n249?

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/91185/breather_system_modified.jpg"></center><p>btw just email-ed you about it..

I want only fresh and oil mist free air in my intake. The way our breather system is set up now we get lot of oil mist uder WOT and that clogs up our intercolers, leaves deposits in intake monifold and intake valves, not to mention that oil mist does not burn as well as gasoline so it also reduces HP!

Default 2nd

all these oils will provide good protection..I always like to use oils with smallest spread in viscosity since these are most share stable!

Default Yeah I've used it, but it caused a funky clackety clacking sound when the engine is cold

so I switched back to M1 0w/40 and it went away. Their transmission oil is awesome though, been using it for quite a while now.

Default I didn't pay attention to the specific oil weight when I started my response.

I was speaking more generally, comparing GC to M1 for the same weight. No, I don't read BITOG, I have no idea what it is.

Any idea of what GM recommends for oil in the new Z06? Seems like that would be a sufficiently high HP car to compare our Stg3 cars to when considering an oil brand.
