Default Samco TBB from AWE going in tonight...any pointers, tips, suggestions out there? TIA.

I hope to avoid the VandyS4 install experience.

Default Loosen the Bi-pipe screw on each side, buy industrial zip ties or new clamps,

cut the top of the sensor hole so the sensor doesn't stick up so high, that way (if you want it) you can put the front cover back on. Don't drop anything in the TB. That should be about it. I got it down in 15-20 min' for my first time. Super easy DIY.

Default i got a good tip for ya :

sell it and get couple new STOCK TBB-s and use the stock clamps .

Default So far, so good. I wouldn't suggest the HD or Auto part store kind, but

good quality (police hand cuff style)are very strong and thick. I've been using them on the TBB, and DV's for about 3K-4K miles. Much easier for taking on and off too. Cut, and replace w/ new ones.

or into the Timing belt cover right below the TBB...ask me how I know...
