Replaced all 4 front upper control arms again and made sure steering rack bolts were tightened

I have the same exact thing happening. I have had all uppers and lower CA's done with new Vogt.GT's
My spring is a little beat up to on the pass right side also. Guess I will check where the cut end of the spring is pointing also.
I found a small tear in what in the steering boot. I have also been getting a creaking noise when turning left.

i don t think its your vogtlands, I have had the noise without (stockers), and just replaced all
4 control arms, and put in new vgtlnds yesterday, the CO's havent contributed any noise fwiw
i think the noise is being caused by somthing else..
like a "bing " noise right?

Well, the noise was coming from the passenger's lower front control arm joint.
I'm beginning to wonder if the nut is just way over tightened. I may ask the mechanic to torque it to spec just to see if it makes a difference.
