Will bad O2 sensors always throw codes, I have no codes.

Default My B1S1 has thrown codes for over a year with one CEL. I cleared the code and it's been
over 6 months without another CEL.

208-210 miles w/100 octane in mostly city driving

I never look, but trip computer shows about 22mpg average

Usually between 350-400 miles. Drive to work is at 50mph the whole way

Default I get around 320 miles before the gas light comes on.
Trip computer shows an average of 24.2mpg, mostly city driving with some long highway trips.
