Default As a German who speaks the language & was educated there, it's absolutely "Stine". EI in...

German is always the sound in "Heinz" ketchup.

"ie' is pronounced "ee", as in "steen".

Default By the way, it's also "Ouw-dee" and "Porsh-A" as noted below. I even posted an email from Audi

corporate's communication's director as to "Ouw-dee" or "Aw-Dee" answer, after NASA called me a liar and cited the latin root of Audi from "Audio". Oh, and he never replied when I posted this answer.
