I have a 2000 Audi S4 tiptronic (i know, auto sucks)
Anyways, I am supposedly running stage 2 setup. I have a full exhaust, modded intake and a chipped ecu.

Anyways, I was racing a 2002 S2000 Manual, and it beat me both from start and roll and kept pulling away. He was bone stock.

Anyways, do you think something is wrong with my car or do you think that him driving a stick made all the difference?

Even for an automatic, i should be under 6 seconds while his should be right about at 6. 0-60 anyway. And the quarter miles are pretty similar I think. So Im not sure what gives.

Anyone?

Well....you're not going to like the answer, but if the cars perform the same, then the only other variable is the driver.

You just stepping on the gas or going through the gears manually?

The thing is, stock s4 vs stock s2000 should be about the same. I am stage 2

Stepping on gas because my tip tronic wont work properly. regular auto works fine though. Maybe i should have tried going through gears manually.

Sounds like you might want to look into the trans a little. Have to scanned it for codes? When you stomp on it does it come close to redline before changing gears?

Yes it does, which to me feels like it slows me down alot.

Yep, vag com. Best place to start looking, do a full scan and post whatever codes you find in there.
