Oil in my Intercooler tubing!

Oil in my Intercooler tubing!
While changing the oil I noticed a moderate amount of oil near the driver side intercooler line. Or what I believe to be the intercooler line. Upon removal of this tube a moderate amount of oil came out. All I could find when I searched the archives was potential/full turbo failure. I have not seen/heard anything to suggest that. Meaning, no dentist drill, no smoke. The car does whine rather loudly before it reaches operating temp.. I can't post pictures up right now, but it's a large tube coming directly from what appears to be the intercooler (box shape at front of the engine) connecting near the oil pan. Sorry if this doesn't make much sense. I don't do much work on my own car.

The car is stock on (as far as I know) original turbos. I've had the car for about 15k miles.
There also appears to be an oil leak on a connection directly above the tubing I mentioned earlier. There are 2 connectors, and the one on the 'passenger's' side looks to be leaking. I doubt that makes much sense.
