DAS4

hello all, i own my 6th B5 S4 and am running into a first: I have a leak that seems to be coming from the top studs/nuts on the passenger side valve cover. oil just collects in the galleys on top of the valve cover after some time of running. I changed the gaskets when i did the timing belt and used the RTV silicone around the four corners and tried to ensure everything seated properly. SO my question is, has anyone ever run into this and if so, how did you correct it? I fear I may need new studs, but have never dealt with such a repair. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
