Default My S4 seems to be down on power... any ideas ? (m)

I only have 2700 miles and there has been a gradual but definite loss in power. The low end torque still feels pretty solid and I can hear the turbos spooling but mid range and up feels more like my A4. My idle seems a bit rough as well. The first dealer appointment was mid July! Any possible issues for these symptoms that I can check without a VAG tool?

Power will go down as ambient temps increase. You also might want to change gas brands.

If you were a REAL SWhore, you'd know the compressor goes off at WOT automagically.
