Default My Build

I dont post all the much on AW, But want to hear some thoughts on my build.
*Rods: Pauter
*Pistons: JE 82.5 Bore 8.5-1 compression
*Heads/Cams: 2.8 Heads and Cams, Full Supertech Ti Valvetrain and Supertech Valves. Stock lifters.
*034 Coated Main and Rod bearings
*Raceware Head and Main Studs
*034 Phenolic Spacer

There is probably something that i forgot that i ordered too

AND THAN, to take advantage of all this.

Custom GT turbo kit consisting of
*Two GT2860RS
*Two Tial 38mm Wastegates
*Two Custom manifolds
*Two Custom DPs
*Custom dual 3 inch exhaust
*All supporting mods

I would have gone with a GenX GT kit, but my buddy owns DTMotorsport down here and wanted to prototype a turbo kit for the S4. I am basically getting the GTs for only cost of materials and it will be a bit cheaper than GenJDMs kit.

you are getting very good deal - only cost of materials, that is great!

Nice... how do you possibly fit a dual 3" exhaust?

I have no clue. Either that or do a single 3.5 inch. I have Miltek true dual on the car now and there is no way that the 2.25 piping will support the GTs Most likely i will run what the guy building the kit decides is necessary and can make fit.

My advise is to go with a pre-engineered system, with what ever turbos you choose.

Default Single 3.5 should flow enough. I don't you will ever fit dual 3" back there. It is tough enough

fitting dual 2.5"

Default Dual 3 will be tough at the rear diff mount. It'll hang low

3.5 single is roughly equal in cross section as dual 2.5.

I've had a single 3.5 on mine and others have done single 4"

There aren't too many muffler choices w/ big bore straight through tubing that fit in the limited space under the car. Vibrant does make a 4" single inlet w/ dual 3" tip muffler for the rear.

Good luck with the project!
