Misfire/ABS help desp. needed

Misfire/ABS help desp. needed
Ok, so I've got issues with my S4 that I cannot for the life of me figure out.
Had the abs module rebuilt, and can communicate with it. Now as soon as I fire up the car, I get a P1606 code, Rough road/engine torque code
The car is misfiring like crazy, and overall runs like hell...
Also just replaced all plugs, o2's, etc....but cannot get rid of this rough road code
any advice? Its the only code I have....Possibly ECM failure?

My bet is the spark plugs. I've read some other posts here that right after changing plugs engine started misfiring. ABS ecu has nothing to do with engine. Put your old plugs back and see what happens. Good luck!
