Default Just FAILED Ohio emissions (E-check) due to CO%. Milltek DPs and dual exhaust.

It passed HC and CO2 at idle and 2500RPM, passed CO at idle, but failed CO at 2500RPM. Limit is 1.2%, I was at 4.42%. The limit is also 1.2% at idle and I passed easily at .03%.

Part of the problem was I cleared a code (B1S1 or one of those was showing for the first time) right before getting there. Apparently, you have to have driven the car for a while in different circumstances for the OBD system to be tested. Plus I didn't turn the car off and then back on. It came up as "not ready" so they put it in front of a fan and hooked up to the tailpipe.

Another fun note: the driver stalled it 3 times and tried going once with the parking brake on.

Default did the code come back? Since that's a primary, maybe you were running rich?

Yeah, once you clear the codes, you have to drive around for a while to reset your OBD stuff.

Default Primary 02 failing? Clearing codes resets LTFTs so you will be rich at part throttle until they....

fully adapt!?

Default A failing prim O2 sensor will not control fuel properly

Clearing the code does not fix the problem;-)
Letting it adapt does not fix it either.
Get teh sensor replaced.

Default I don't really think the sensor is bad. Just not running the proper code right now.

If it persists after switching, then I'll make a change.
