Default They're better..

More durable so you don't get cracked mounts as shown in the photos. Since they're fully isolated you don't get the same transfer of vibration you can get with OE mounts, which aren't fully isolated. OE solves the isolation problem by using fluid as a damping medium which the track density mounts remove.

Here are some load specs

Default What about compared to ASP...never noticed them mentioning any "isolation" methods...

My ASP mounts are not installed yet so I'd consider these if there is a good reason for me to go through the trouble of selling the ASP ones and picking these up...

Default Sorry, no experience with those.

Only some rumors and innuendo that's I've read or heard through the grapevine.

And for the record, more cleaning was done after that picture was taken...

Default "Only some rumors and innuendo" - Like? Not trying to start anything dumb here but I just want the

best product for my car and am curious if anyone knows. I'm particularly interested in the isolation method you mention. If it's possible for you to describe the method you used for the isolation without giving away any secrets, maybe I can figure out if a similar method was used on the ASP ones. Or if anyone has tried both, maybe they can give their insights. I like a lot of products and dealt with both ASP and Purems happily so this has nothing to do with anything like that...

Default Well, our operates in a pretty simple way.

Working very much like a simple shock absorber. Damping medium both above and below the "piston".

This allows the top connection of the mount to be completely detached from the bottom connection of the mount.

Default Nice, thank you...seems to be a similar concept but I'll look into it more and see if anyone posts

that has experience with both...
