I just took off my TBB. Does this look normal? Could it be the source of my boost leak?

Default I just took off my TBB. Does this look normal? Could it be the source of my boost leak?

I'm thinking that it came from the factory like this, and that being unable to make any boost is actually a feature not a bug. I thought I should run it by you guys just in case.

no, that's normal, your blow off valve has to "break in".

Normal.It comes from the factory like that to let in more air.

I believe that's the most common source of boost leaks. Replace with upgraded version (like SAMCO)
