Unfortunately, that does not mean they know what they're doing. See what the guys on your regional
forum have to say about them. They might be great, they're probably average-good, or they might suck.
And I don't know of any body shops that "only do work for dealers" - not that it means they're good even if that's the case.

Oh **** dude! It hurts me to see this...
Its definitely repairable, but it depends on how much you'd like to spend of the insurance money. I bet you could get the adjuster for some new side mounts

Didnt mean only, but they have a contract with my local audi dealer.
they let me walk around the shop when it was being dropped off. ill keep you posted but so far these guys are business.
I've delt with a few shops in my years around here. they are exactly what you are telling me.
