Default I hate to ask this question: But how much is my car worth...
I had someone offer to buy my car and i'm toying with the notion of doing it, here are the details:

2000 Silver S4 with 57K miles, 6 spd. Has Borla exhaust, APR-Bipipe, Phatbox, and a spare ECU that i would sell the car with.

What do you guys think? What is fair?

Default Over $20k. That's relatively low mileage on a 2000, IMO.
If the person made an unsolicited offer, you have all the bargaining power...
