I found a 2001 S4 6spd for $15,000. Maintenance is up to date, however owner doesn't have all of the
records on file. Plan on taking it for a test drive this weekend, what are your opinions? How much would you offer? Oh and it has 42K miles, all black with black leather and wood grain.

low mileage isn't "everything"..could still need: control arms, wheel bearings, turbos, gaskets...
Seals at any time.
But that would be a shocker if he gets $3000 over blue book (which adjusts UP for low mileage).
