How tough is it to repair a 3 piece wheel?
I am looking at a set of 3 piece wheels, and two of them have slow leaks..
Is this best left to a professional or is it easy to take them apart and re-seal them?? They come with two extra lips if that is the problem.

Obviously professional is best.
The bolts are normally one use, that should be torqued in sequence. You should measure run out, and the sealant is pretty nasty stuff that could be tough to find.

Odd, then we use some stinky silicone,
And the bolts are one time use per OZ and BBS.
They may work the second time but its not reccomended nor will they stand behind the product if they arent replaced. Of course if youre DIYing the warranty is out the door anyways.
