However, if I had been to track events with this friend, *and* they clearly knew how to drive your (not just any) car, *and* had plenty of money just in case, I might say 1

If he owns and exige, he either has plenty of money to fix the damages to your car or has plenty of money and is a good driver. The exige is definately a drivers car, so if hes most likely an experienced driver. I'd say 1.
