Default I STFA for hours....there is no write-up for the circular cam seals...

I already replaced the tensioner seals and cam caps. Do you know how to get the shaft seals out? Bentley says to remove the cams...

Default I thought the cams have to come out for the cam seals (the circular seals). You don't have to pull

the cams for the cam tensioner seals.

You need to lift them, not pull out

Yeah, you're right. You still have to remove the timing belt right?

Default Nope- but you DO have to be very careful. It's really easy to gum up the aluminum

Around the seals when pulling them out. They don't like to come out easily.

The write up is for the cam tensioner seals, not the cam seals.
