The two might share much of their underpinnings, but the adoption of wider tracks ensures the former is more sure-footed around the Nürburgring."<ul><li><a href="http://www.edmunds.com/insideline/do/Drives/FirstDrives/articleId=126390?tid=edmunds.il.home.photopanel..1 .*">Clicky</a></li></ul>

Boo...
Many Scirocco owners and I cringe at this latest Civic-coupe-like abortion. VW and Europe can keep it, especially with that price tag.
An OK car by todays (lower) standards I guess; they should have called it something other than a Scirocco tho. There is nothing other than the name to reckon back to the good ole days of the MkI and IIs built by hand at the Karmann factory.

So many questions - should post on vwvortex.com but...
Quattro or bust?
The weight of 2,800 lbs + 2.0T + Quattro would make this the most sexiest beast on the entire planet for the tuner world.
Maybe things to come for the A3 / S3 / RS3 with the wider / lower stance
