Vogtland Coilovers and H-Sport Anti-Roll Bar Set. The old S4 is going in to Paul at Black Forest Industries next Monday to have them installed plus APR Stealth Catback and Major Service Timing Belt Etc.
Anyone else with this suspention set-up? If so please comment on what I can expect coming from stock?

if it's anything like the GT's (and I understand they are), you will like em
Greater stiffness translates into improved cornering without sacrificing, IMO, ride quality too much.

I have the exact same set up, both from PureMS too :)
I love it. Not jarring at all, and handles nicely.
You can feel a tiny bit of give when you throw it into a corner, as the springs are progressive, but once it squats a little, it just sticks.
Because of this, it's not real confidence-inspiring right off the bat. Once I tracked it though, I was a lot more confident.
I love the setup. Perfect for a DD w/ occasional track time.
