definitely Awesome!! Question though.....why not a dual 2.5inch?
I love the original design, and it looks like it flows a TON! I can't wait to hear it so post up some vids, man.
Curious though....A Dual 2.5 inch would have a slightly larger cross sectional area, but more importantly would keep the flow of each individual turbo divorced eliminating 2-1 merge turbulence. I'm just curious what made you go with this design?
Congrats again.

here is my reasoning...
1) if I wanted to do a dual 2.5" system I would have to use all resonators as no one makes a dual in dual out muffler that will fit under and S4 (without dragging on the ground). Believe it or not, this is actually quieter than a dual 2.5 which a much meaner, more exotic sound. and further the difference between single 3.5 and dual 2.5 is marginal. As for turbulence, well that far down stream its not so much of an issue especially when you are working with a relative volume. ( as you can the Y is pushed quite far back).
2) the dual 2.5" system hangs much lower due to its excess width, this system tucks up nicely. (this was a big one for me as my car is low).

the 2.5 dual in/out magnaflow mufflers don't fit?
I'd love to take this offline as i've been doing some research on making something similar.
But finding a 3.5 muffler that actually "muffles" is near impossible. I'm looking to create a modular setup with a swappable rear section. i need the car to sound somewhat civil during the week, and on long trips...never mind when visiting clients.

the inlet/outlets are too far apart you can put one on but it will hang REALLY low.
for reference look at how close the inlets/outlets are on the twin2 and ASP dual mufflers, then look at the magnaflow mufflers. they are considerably wider. Burns makes custom sizes and I could get a longer muffler to quiet it down. I could have even done another single exit at the end but wanted to have dual tips. i can still put extra resonators in the test pipes if i please. it is too loud for a daily driver imho.

upon further though i have some more issues with dual 2.5"
being that the width is much greater the bends are going to be tighter. as you can see on my exhaust its very "straight" there arent many drastic bends. you can see its a little different with a dual 2.5"
going back to the "turbulence at the Y-pipe" this section can actually work to create in essence a vacuum along with having the thermodynamic cabability of keep the exhaust gases hot. If i think of anything else i will add it.
