every time I get the car washed it brings out the imperfections. On a sunny day it really bothers me. I don't have any big dings or gouges but just zillions of tiny sap-looking marks that appear to be small pits. Must be from all of that gravel they drop on the road when I go skiing. Should I just replace windshield?

Yep. Mind looked like that at 13k when I bought the car. The upside with so many pits is you don't really notice additional pits.

Glass polish, eh? Nice. Never heard of that. Sounds cheaper

Default had a new windshield installed in March(ish?) 04, Plinkerton I believe

and I'm going to replace it after the winter is over this year. Pitted to hell, and just last week got its first real crack (damn trucks kicking up rocks).
